FAIRLIE Severe Frosts Several severe frosts nave been recorded during this,,week, the 231 degrees recorded on Wednesday morning being the hardest frost for some years. This was followed bv 24 degrees on Thursday morning. Many householders are now without water, and when a thaw comes there will probably . be an enidemio of hurst pipes.
