Win For Nelson NEW YORK, July 15. Byrd with "birdies’’ at the last four holes finished the morning round two up. Byrd was three up at the 21st, but Nelson squared the match at the 26th and then won four holes in a row and sank a 2 foot putt for a “birdie” three to win the match. It was Nelson’s ninth victory in a row and brought his earnings for the year to 31,500 dollars.
