Dunedin North Election Contest iN.Z.P.A.) DUNEDIN. July 18. The by-election contest for the Dunedin North seat continued to-day- at an accelerating pace, and interest was heightened by the appearance on the platform in support of the National candidate (Mr N. H. Jones) of the Leader of the Opnosition (Mr S. G. Holland), who addressed two large meetings. To-morrow the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser), who arrived in Dunedin to-day. will enter the field on the side of Mr R. Wails (Labour candidate) at a mass meeting in the Town Hall. The Minister of Works 'the Hon. R. Semple), the Minister of Health (the Hon. A. H. Nordmeyer). and Miss Mabel Howard all addressed meetings to-night.
