EXTRADITION OF FASCIST
Spanish Refusal _ . LONDON. May 28. rhe Spanish Government has refused the extradition of M. Leon Degrelle, leader of the Belgian Fascists, according to Belgian newspapers, quoted by Reuter’s Brussels correspondent. The reasons given for the refusal are Degrelle’s offences politically, and he is merely taking advantage of the right of sanctuary.
