EFFECT OF BOMBING
LONDON, October 2. There are at least loo.ouo homeless people in Bucharest as a result of bombing by the British and Americans and by German dive-bombing states the Bucharest correspondent of the “Dally Telegraph." The Government has issued a decree allowing only one room for a couple two rooms for a family of three to five, and three rooms for'six or more.
