A NAVAL OCCASION
Flagship Visits Soviet Port (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) I.ONDON. Jan. 13. Admiral -Sir Bruce Fraser, Com-mander-In-Chief of the Home Fleet, recently paid a visit in H.M.S. Duke of York to Vice-Admiral Golovko, Com-mander-ln-Clilef of the Soviet Northern Fleet. R was the first time the flagship of the Home Fleet had entered a Soviet harbour. It was soon after the visit .that the Duke of York destroyed the Scharnhorst The British ship and its complement received an enthusiastic reception from the Russians.
