ROSEWILL At the monthly meeting of the Rosewill Women’s Institute . Mrs Bailey presided over a fair attendance. Two Christmas cards were received from overseas. A very inter Sting demonstration was given by Miss Bailey on “How Art is Taught in Schools To-day," for which she was accorded a vote of thanks. Before afternoon tea, which was served by Misses Beckingsale and Nicol, members were entertained by Miss Peters who sang several songs. She was accorded a vote of thanks. Competitions resulted:—Jar of raspberry jam: Mrs Smith 1, Miss Beckingsale 2, Mrs Bassett and Mrs Steven (equal! 3. Premier bloom: Miss Nicol 1, Miss Beckingsale 2, Mrs Steven 3.
