Portuguese Timor
The Lisbon newspaper "Di Ario Popular" states that Timor to-day represents neither a base for defending Japan nor attacking Australia, yet an intolerable situation persists. It cannot be allowed to go on even if Portugal has to take energetic measujys to bring it to an end.
