Monetary Stabilisation Conference Mr Henry Morgenthau. secretary to Ihe United States Treasury, announced that he hoped the United Nations’ monetary stabilisation conference would be held early this year. He added that the United States anti Britain were closer on this subject than ever bc f ore. while the Russians were on the way’ for pre-conference talksimilar Io those the United States han had with 43 other nations.
