In the case of two or more buyers deciding on the sa.ie truck, an officer of the Transport Department will decide who is to get a particular vehicle according to the essentiality of their work. Buyers will then have an additional half-hour to make a further choice before the actual sale of “H” Plate vehicles commences at 10.30. In the event of two or more buyers requiring the same truck whose degree of essentiality is considered to be equal a decision will be reached by ballot.
