CRASH INTO SEA
Pilot Officer Drowned (N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 19. When an aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force engaged in nightflying from a North Island all- station crashed into the sea at 8.30 p.m. yesterday, a member of the crew. Pilot Officer Morris Mclntyre Bee, was drowned. His father is Mr F. G. Bee, of Wairoa. Two other occupants, Sergeant Derek Aylmer Leslie, whose mother is Mrs C. Leslie, of Gisborne, and Aircraftman Alfred Norman Larkman, whose father is Mr A. H. Larkman, of Wanganui, received injuries, classified as not serious.
