VALIDITY ISSUE
NEW CLOTHING TRADE AWARD (N.Z.P.A.) DUNEDIN, Jan. 21. An attitude similar to that taken up by the Canterbury employers in the clothing trade as to the validity of the new award is being adopted here, where the terms of the old award are still observed, pending advice from the Director of Stabilisation whether the new award is invalidated by the Stabilisation Emergency Regulations.
