Members of the Returned Services’ Association are asked to parade. Dress, Mufti and medals. All School Children are asked to attend and will assemble under Mr Breech at the Domain at 2.45 p.m. Boy Scouts and Girl Guides will parade under their leaders at the Domain at 2.45 p.m. All members of the Women’s War Service Auxiliary are asked to attend and assemble as a unit at 2.45 p.m. sharp. All residents and members of Units parading are asked to be punctually at the Domain at 2.45 p.m. The Mackenzie Highland Pipe Band is invited and asked to attend. Programme: 1. At 3 p.m. Their Excellencies met at Domain Gates by County Chairman and will. be escorted to dais. 2. Speech of Welcome by County Chairman. 3. Reply by His Excellency. 4. Inspection of R.S.A., W.W.S.A.. Scouts, etc. 5. Their Excellencies will depart for afternoon tea. Hot water will be provided at Domain and residents may picnic at the Domain.
