Dec Delegates to the conference of the Railway Locomotivemen's Union in London to-day decided to approach the I,a hour and War Transport Ministries to take steps for the reopening of negotiations with the Railway Executive Committee on the wage grievance. The conference adjourned until January 15 to hear the result. The strike resolution was withdrawn pending the approach to the Ministries. "If nothing Is done when we came back on January 5 the strike resolution will be carried easily.” warned Mr W. P. Allen, general secretary.
