BANNING OF “SOCIAL JUSTICE "

(Rec. 6.30.) WASHINGTON, Apr. 20. At Royal Oak (Michigan) to-day. Father Coughlin said he had assumed personal responsibility tor the magazine "Social Jiistice,” which has been barred from the mails.

A message dated April 15 stated: Father Coughlin, Interviewed to-night at his home In Detroit, said: "I am neither editor, owner, nor publisher of ‘Social Justice.' However. if the Attorhev-General wishes to summon me to Washington to defend the propriety of ‘Social Justice' I will be only too happy to do so, and I challenge him to issue an invitation.”
