All sections will be required to turn out, unless otherwise instructed by their individual chairmen. The alarm and all clear will be sounded, as usual. As this is a night trial, under blackout conditions, the public, and workers proceeding to their stations, if in motor vehicles or on cycles, must travel on masked parking lights only. P. B. FOOTE.
