NO IMMEDIATE ISSUE
<P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 8. Replying to inquiries from the Slock -ixchange, the Acting-Prime Minister Hon. W. Nash) announced to-day hat there would be no immediate ssue of a national development loan [f it were necessary to issue a loan *arly next year it would oe at rates letermined by the market price of seurities and the conditions suling at he time of issue.
