“THE BOYS FROM SYRACUSE” Three new comedy teams are presented in “The Boys From Syracuse,” film musical comedy hit which will be screened for the last time to-day. “Flight Angels” In "Flight Angels” which opens tomorrow at the Regent Theatre, moviegoers will see a thrilling picture whose theme deals with the careers of Flight Angels (airline hostesses). The aim’s all-star cast includes such popular players as Dennis Morgan, Virginia Bruce, Wayne Morris, Ralph Bellamy, Jane Wyman and John Lltel. There have been many exciting films of the air, such as “Ceiling Zero,” “Wings,” and “Dawn Patrol.” But never before has the screen told the story of the career girls of the sky. Virginia Bruce plays the role of a charming and efficient hostess. The Regent Theatre audiences will hail May Robson’s performance in “Granny, Get Your Gun” as one of the most entertaining of her career. As dean of the films’ lovable-old-characters, Miss Robson has managed to turn in consistent bell-ringing performances. Here is one to rank with her best comedy roles. As “ManKiller Minerva,” Miss Robson plays a character who Is alternately a sweet old lady in lace and a rough-and-tumble grub-staker. She handles the varied characterisation with her true versatility.
