ITALIAN EXPERT KILLED

Victim Of Air Raid On Benghazi ROME, May 7. Colonel Carlo Amione, Director-Gen-eral of Mechanisation at the Italian War Office, was killed in an air raid in North Africa on Saturday (on which date the R.A.F. raided Benghazi). The Rome radio said that Colonel Amione rendered the highest Services in the war in developing the mechanisation of the Italian Army.
