Crew Of Maimoa Safe

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 8. The New Zealand manager of the Shaw Savill and Albion Line has received advice that Captain Cox and the crew of the Maimoa are safe. The Maimoa which was well-known In the New Zealand trade, was sunk by enemy action in November last while homeward bound from Australia. The last word then received of her was that she was being attacked by a raider. A lifeboat from the ship was subsequently found.
