LONG CONTROVERSY ENDS
Tokio Harbour Open to Foreign Trade TOKIO, May 2. Terminating a ten years’ controversy between the Tokio and Yokohama authorities and business men, the Japanese Cabinet has formally decided to open Tokio harbour to foreign trade, although limiting it to that of the yen block countries only.
