MILITARY RULE
Decree In Rumania By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, December 12. The Bucharest correspondent of the Associated Press says that the Premier (General Antonescu) issued a decree virtually placing Rumania under military rule. The Army Is given power over nearly every branch of the nation’s life, and enabled to militarise any State institution and corporation, also to militarise the police throughout the nation.
