Germans In AlsaceLorraine By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received November 2, 10 p.m.) LONDON, November 24. The Berne correspondent of the Associated Press says that all leave has been cancelled for the German army of occupation in Alsace-Lorraine. German troops movements are continuing from Baden to Alsace.
