SOVIET DECLINES TOKIO REQUEST
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received Novembei 24, 11 p.m.) SHANGHAI, November 24. An unconfirmed report says that the Soviet has rejected the Toklo request to discontinue its aid to Chungking. Two hundred Japanese naval reservists have been unexpectedly mobilised and are proceeding home.
