WAIMATE ROSE SHOW

Strong Competition Unfavourable Weather There was strong competition in most classes at the Waimate Rose Show held bjy St. Augustine’s Anglican Church yesterday. Recent weather did not favour the production of show blooms, and rose entries were down on other years. The show was opened by the Mayor (Mr G. Dash).
