HEINKEL BROUGHT DOWN
Attack On British Convoy United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 20, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 19. A Heinkel seaplane attacked a British convoy in the North Sea, whereupon his Majesty’s ship Lowestoft went into action against the Heinkel, which was hit and crashed Into the sea. Later an enemy plane approached the same convoy. The guns of the merchantmen damaged the attacker.
