Bridge Over Bomb Crater
A temporary bridge is being constructed to span a large crater in a London thoroughfare. It is intended to carry two single lines of traffic. The carriageways will be about 60 feet by 10 feet, with pedestrian footways on either side. It is hoped to finish the bridge in three weeks.
