FRANCO MAKES CHANGE
Spain Has New Foreign Minister (By Radio) According to an Associated Press Message, Senor Serrano Suner, Spanish Minister of the Interior, has been appointed Foreign Minister in place of Colonel Beigbeder. General Franco has taken charge of the Ministry of the Interior. He publicly thanked Colonel Beigbeder for his services as Foreign Minister. It is reported that Herr Himmler, chief of the German Gestapo, is to arrive at San Sebastian on Saturday and will reach Madrid on Sunday.
