FOURBALL KNOCK-OUT FINAL The final of the Timaru Club’s fourball knock-out competition was decided yesterday afternoon when W. C. Davies and R. L. Galloway Lrat W. E. Jones and O. L. Robertson two up. The best ball was 69 off the club. Galloway has been one of the winning pair three years in succession. PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNAMENT The Public Service annual golf tournament will be held on the Glenitl links on October 20, commencing at 9 a.m. The following is the draw;— Morning Medal and Stableford Bogey—Rix, Leitch, Fletcher, Maloney, McGuigan.
