Germany And Russia Interested United Press Association—Ry Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 5, 6.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, May 4. The radio states that following an exchange of views between Moscow and Berlin, it was agreed that both the Russian and German Governments were “interested in the preservation of Sweden’s neutrality.”
