| TO-DAY’S RECIPE t TOMATO CHEESE * ❖ a One cup tomato puree. 1 •:« * tablespoon of butter, 1 cup * £ grated cheese, 1 tablespoon £ * grated onion, salt and cayenne ❖ * pepper, 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon * chopped parsley. •:< * Fry onion in butter in covered * X saucepan. When cooked add *£ cheese and puree stirring until * cheese melts. Add beaten eggs * *♦* and seasonings, and stir until »j. * mixture thickens. Serve on ❖ slices of hot buttered toast and »:« sprinkle with chopped parsley.
