Waiana Arrives To Load

There was little activity at the Port of Timaru at the week-end when the only vessel to arrive was the Waiana. She berthed on Saturday night and will load to-day for Wellington and Auckland before sailing for Lyttelton to complete loading.

ARRIVAL February 10 Waiana, m.v., 3363 tons (Whitefield) from Bluff (Union S.S. Co.). VESSEL IN PORT No. 1 wharf—Waiana, m.v. The following list of coastal steamers' movements is compiled in accordance with advice supplied by agents for the different Lines:—

Listed Movements The Holmglen is due to-morrow to load for Wellington, New Plymouth and Waikato Heads, via Lyttelton. The Waiplata is due to-morrow to load lor Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The Breeze is now due on Thursday from Dunedin to load for Wellington and Wanganui, via Lyttelton. The Gale is due from Dunedin on February 16 to load for Wellington and Wanganui and will sail the same day via Lyttelton. The Karu is due at Timaru on February 18 to load the following day for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth. The Wainui is expected on February 20 from Oamaru. She will load for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne and will sail for Lyttelton. The Waimarino is due from Dunedin on February 18. She will load for Wellington and Auckland before sailing for Lyttelton. NEW ZEALAND PORTS By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, February 10. Arrived—Wainui (6.45 a.m.), Port Whangarei (8.45 a.m.) and Gale (9.25 a.m.) from Lyttelton, Breeze (9.35 p.m.) from Wanganui. Sailed—Tasman (6.30 p.m.) for Sydney. LYTTELTON, February 10. Sailed—artigi (2.55 p.m.) for Auckland.
