German efforts to solve the problem of oil transport from Rumania have thus fai failed, states th newspaper “Pester Lloyu ” The newly-formed Rumanian Petrol Commissariat told a German negotiate. in Bucharest that 3000 Govern-ment-owned petrol rail waggons wei j only sufficient for home purposes. Neither the Commissariat nor the Government possesse. the right to force private companies to send their trucks across the frontier. Trade With Italy A message from Rome states that a Slovak mission is arranging an agreement with Italy. A Rumania delegation is shortly arriving with a similar objective.
