TOMATO AND APPLE SAVOURY
In a greased pyrex dish or piedish place layers of sliced onion; layers of sliced apple; layers of sliced tomato.
Cover with lid, or shake some bread crumbs over; distribute small pieces of butter on top, and bake in moderate oven 2 to 1 hour.
