WRECKAGE OF GRAF SPEE
Uruguayan Note To Nazis United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, January 19. It is reported that Uruguay has sent a note to Germany requesting her to remove the wreckage of the Graf pee as it is a danger to shipping. It is understood that the object of the note is to establish Uruguay’s rights if she is obliged to move the wreck herself.
