ALL FROM TIMARU
YESTERDAY’S ENLISTMENTS Yesterday's enlistments at the Army Office, Timaru, consisted entirely of men actually from the town of Timaru. With seven men offering the South Canterbury total is now 520, those volunteering yesterday including:— Mills, George, Timaru. Bates, Eric Ernest, Timaru. Feaver, Charles, Timaru. Roland, Max Alphonsus, Timaru. O’Brien. William Anthony, Timaru. Houlihan. Eugene Joseph, Timaru. The Medical Board sat yesterday when 29 men were examined, 21 being passed as At, three being declared temporarily unAt and Ave permanently unAt.
