Japanese Diet Session Postponed
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 17, 6.30 p.m.) TOKIO, January 16. The new Cabinet has postponed the reopening of the Diet until February 1. It is believed that this course was adopted in order to avoid a debate while the Cabinet deals with the problem of the renounced United StatesJapanese trade treaty, which expires on January 26.
