January 15 The Istanbul correspondent of “The Times” says that the Anglo-French-Turkish agreement provides a credit to T ..-key of £25.000,000 for armaments, a loan of £15,000,000 and a commercial loan of £3,500,000. The loans will be redeemable with goods. The agreement, which it is hoped will be permanent, liberates Turkey from the threat of a German trade monopoly.
