Four Ships Arrive The waterfront was active yesterday, when four coastal vessels arrived, and, after discharging and loading, sailed last night. The Breeze, from Dunedin, loaded for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui; and the Holmdale from Oamaru, loaded for the same ports. The Union Company’s Waiana, from Dunedin, loaded for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton, and the Kiwitea, from Lyttelton, loaded for Oamaru. The Port Waikato is now due from Dunedin on Friday to load for Tauranga, Auckland and Whangarei, via Lyttelton. The Port Whangarei is due tomorrow from Dunedin to load for Wellington, New Plymouth and Waikato Heads, via Lyttelton. The Gale will arrive from Dunedin on Sunday to load on Monday for Wellington and Wanganui via Lyttelton. To load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth, the Karu is expecetd on January 22 and will sail the same day for Lyttelton. The Waipiata is expected from Oamaru on January 22 to load for Wellington and Auckland via Lyttelton. The Walnui is expected from Oamaru on January 24 and will sail the same day for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne, via Lyttelton. NEW ZEALAND PORTS By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 16. Arrived—Port Waikato (12.20 a m.) and Roggeveen (7.25 a.m.) from Auckland, Gale (11.30 a.m.) from Wanganui. Sailed—Waipiata (2.40 p.m.) for Lyttelton, Gale (9 p.m.) for Bluff. LYTTELTON, January 16. Arrived—Holmglen (8.20 a.m.) from Timaru. Sailed —Storm (1.30 p.m.) for Dunedin, Holmglen (5.40 p.m.) for Wellington.
