MOTORIST FINED £lO By Telegraph —Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, January 15. A fine of £lO and costs, in default 30 days’ hard labour, and the cancellation of his licence for 18 months, were the penalties imposed on Hill Taggart, aged 34, a traveller, of Fitzgerald Avenue, when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-cycle in Riccarton Road on Saturday evening.
