RUMANIA LOOKS TO DEFENCES
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright BU7HAREST, September 12. Troops are moving to the Rur-'-'-n-Soviet frontier where trenches are being dug. Rumania is watching ti e increases in Soviet defences on the frontier which was previously unprotected. Rumania is concentrating on Iter defences in the west and south. Preparations have been completed for the evacuation of children from Bucharest.
