Pastor V. C. Stafford, who has been minister of the Church of Christ, Invercargill, tor almost five years, has accepted a call to the ministry of the Vivian Street (Wellington) Church. He expects to leave Invercargill about the end of November. Pastor Stafford came to Invercargill from Taree, New South Wales. At Wellington he will succeed Pastor A. G. Saunders, who begins his ministry at the Taree church this week. The Minister of Lands (the Hon. F. Langstone), who represented New Zealand at the International Labour Organisation conference at Geneva, and Mrs Langstone have returned to Wellington. Mrs Murray Fuller has arrived, also the Hon. Elllbt Davis and Mrs Davis, of Auckland. Sir Osborn G. Hohnden and Lady Holmden are other visitors. Sir dsbbni was Director of the Inter-Allied Clihrterilig Executive in the war of 1914-18. Mr E. D. Espinosa of the British ballet was another arrival.
