POLISH MISSION IN LONDON

The British Ministry of Information has issued a communique announcing the arrival of a Polish mission under General Norvid Neugebauer. General Norvid Neugebaur began his military career in the Russian Imperial Army. He was a member of Marshal Pilsudski’s secret rifle chib and, on the outbreak of the Great War he became a battalion commander in the Polish Legion. The end of the war found him in command of ? divi :on. He later became DeputyChief of the Polish General Staff. He represented Poland at the French Army manoeuvres in 1937. As Army Inspector at Warsaw, he received the Ch ef of the Imperial General Staff (General Sir Edmund Ironside) on tils visit there this year
