LOST SUBMARINE
Report by French Search Party United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 22, 6.30 p.m.) PARIS. June 21. The officer in charge of the search reports that he believes the lost submarine Phenix lies six miles from a point at Camranh Bay off the coast of Annam in 55 fathoms.
