Improved Conditions For Miners United Press association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright SYDNEY, June 20. Far reaching recommendations, involving large expenditure, were made in the report of the Royal Commission on Safety and Health in Coal Mines. These include the con.pulsory use of electric safety lamps, the prohibition of naked lights and of smoking and the carrying of matches in mines.
