SOUTHBURN
CARD EVENING The attendance nt the weekly euchre party was good The winners were Miss H. Murray and Mr O. Bishop. WELCOME HOME A very enjoyable evening was spent last Saturday when residents of southburn and Otipua gathered to welcome home Mr and Mrs J. Hill, who were recently married. The evening was spent in dancing, for which music was supplied by Messrs G and F. Hoare with an extra by Mr I. Murray. Mr E. Evans was M.C. Those present included Mr and Mrs J. Hill, Mr and Mrs W. Hill. Mr and Mrs I. Stowell. Mr and Mrs I. Caird, Mr and Mrs N. Jackson, Mr and Mrs C. Ward, Mr and Mrs A. Lambourne, Mr and Mrs D. Fraser. Misses I. Stowell, G. Stowell, D Bell, E. Kinross, I.
