To “Pushtainick” Bing goes to arrange for his honeymoon in an ancient castle with Shirley Ross, a divorcee who lacks but a divorce to make her Bing's bride. There he meets—and loses his heart to—lovely Franciska Gaal, a peasant girl. Man being by nature a monogamous animal, this precipitates a situation which is not alleviated by the fact that Franciska is also the beloved of Akim Tamiroff. But it works out—Bing sees to that—with plenty of comedy and good music in the process, the songs being: ‘The Funny Old Hills,” “I Have Eyes,” “You’re a Sweet Little Headache” and “Joobalai.”
