The Jerusalem correspondent of “The Times” says: “It is reported from Beirut that the Higher Arab Comrrr’ttee has rejected the White Paper proposals.” Arab Terrorism Arab terrorists acted swiftly in reply to the Moderate Party’s decision to accept the White Paper as a basis for negotiations. They shot dead one of the delegates who approved the decision. The moderates denounced the Grand Mufti’s Party, which, they declare, is financed by “certain foreign Powers.”
