PLAN FOR FINANCIAL STABILITY British Official Wireless (Received April 19, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, April 18. Details of the provisional scheme for reinsurance of the marine insurance market, in so far as it concerns King’s enemy risks, on cargoes destined for discharge in or shipped from Britain, which were promised by Mr Oliver Stanley (President of the Board of Trade) j n the House of Commons last Thursday, are given in a White Paper issued to-day by the Board of Trade.
