ROYAL VISIT TO AMERICA
ENGLISH PRESS COMMENT
Should Journey By Liner
“All Warships May be
Needed”
United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph— Copyright Independent Cable Service (Received April 18, 11.40 p.m.) LONDON, April 18. “The Daily Express" editorially suggests the Government should advise their Majesties to go to Canada in a liner, rather than by the Repulse, which may be needed for defence. Moreover, in the changed circumstances, following President Roosevelt’s message, it might be better if the King and Queen did not visit the United States at the present juncture.
